Meeting was held by Committee on Thursday and the following decisions were made:
*The 4 Establishments pulled to donate beer were:
American Legion, Liams, Lithuanian Club, and Shooters
*Jerry is to get the taps
*Miller Lite and Coors Lite will be the beer choices
*Avoca Diner was chosen as our caterer ( providing they are available)
*We have decided to buy clams for this year
*Soda and Water will be provided, you may bring your own liquor
*Coolers and Ice are going to be provided by Bob Davis
*Sandi to make sign-up sheet and give to Dave Wodyka to be taken to establishments.
* Cost of Guest is going to be $20
*No-Shows will be charged and the money will be taken from the team envelope
